Are you ready for 2023. Here’s a short list of important things you should plan ahead for.
- Annual promotions- You should plan out the year in advance so the staff will know what you are promoting, do you have adequate stock for the promotion, and are there certain consumers that wait for that promotion every year.
- Significant staff vacations- If a staff member is going to be out for a week, make sure you have adequate coverage for them, and let staff ask for the time off well in advance.
- Frames- Mark the days on your calendar for inventory. You want a full staff there! Know when you will be bringing in new product, so you can adequately promote it before it arrives.
- Trunk Shows- Put the dates of your trunk shows now for 2023, so the staff will be there, vendors can plan ahead, and you can adjust your financial plan accordingly.
